Vale Cofer-Shabica, Ph.D.
I'm a theoretical physical chemist studying reaction dynamics through the geometry of potential energy landscapes. I am curently a visiting scientist at Brown University. I did my dissertation with Richard Stratt at the Brown University Department of Chemistry. In addition to research and helping others to understand new things, I love to bike, cook, and make music. I care deeply about enacting a scientific community that is explicitly welcoming to all women, people of color, and other marginalized persons and that actively works for justice in the world.
